• People always make mistake that they sometimes increase the speed and suddenly drop it, in such situation more petrol is used. When riding a bike always keep in mind that the bike should run at a constant speed. Keeping the speed maintained makes a difference on the mileage of the vehicle.

• Engine oil changes must be made on time to increase the mileage of the motorcycle. Apart from this, service of the bike should also be done on time. Timely servicing also increases bike’s performance as well as mileage. 

• While driving, one should not suddenly drop the gear from top to lower gear. This makes a negative difference on fuel efficiency. Also, brake and clutch should not be used unnecessarily.

• The clutch should not be pressed while riding the bike. The clutch should be used while stopping the bike or gear changing. Repeatedly pressing the clutch decreases the mileage of your motorcycle.

• The brake pedal should not be pressed while riding the bike. Running a brake touch bike increases a negative impact on mileage and also on the engine.

• If the bike has to stop at the traffic signal and if the red light is on for more than 30 seconds, then the engine should be turned off you will save your environment as well as your petrol also. 

• Keep your bike’s RPM to a minimum. If the bike speed is more, then it will consume more petrol. Apart from this, it will also consume more fuel while standing. Also avoid giving unnecessary speed while standing on red light as it will consume more petrol and it will also affect your engine’s life.
